    ok this swat dosent require vexd utilites i fixed that so here you go

    swat_cooldown 30 //How long till he can use rocket again.
    swat_radius 1000  //How powerful the blast is.

    acsidently removed it uploaded to more efficient download and added all models and put better directory so u only have to unzip this in cstrike and then put sh_swat.amxx in plugins-shero.ini to install.
